From Chaos to Clarity: A Coach Who Gets the Whole Picture

A running coach who will bring you clarity

MY mission

Hello, fellow runner!

I'm Yannick — an endurance athlete, coach, father, and lifelong learner.

I created Run Stoic Strides after two decades of racing and 40+ marathons. Why? Because I know what it feels like to chase a personal best, juggle life, and still want more than just a finisher’s medal.

✨ MY PHILOSOPHY: PERFORMANCE & BALANCE

"True strength is knowing when to hold back and when to surge forward."

My approach is rooted in Stoic principles — timeless ideas that help you stay calm under pressure, train with purpose, and race with confidence.

You won’t just get pacing charts and workout checklists.

You’ll get a mental model for excellence.

the finish was really hard 😁

Not Just a Coach. A System.

When I started running marathons, there were no guides for the mental grind or the final weeks of doubt. I’ve spent the past two decades building a system I wish I had back then — one that integrates pacing science, mental resilience, and daily clarity.

This isn’t just coaching. It’s a structured method to help you reflect, act, and grow — on and off the course.
